Avinaash brings over 16 years of experience in data and technology in the financial services space. He has held senior positions at leading financial institutions in the US and Asia. Prior to founding D8A Force, his career spanned both the data provider side, while at ILX and Thomson, and the financial services side, as a VP at Credit Suisse, Nomura, and Goldman Sachs. Avinaash has an in-depth view of market data operations, is a hands-on technologist, and believes in data as the path to performance, profit, and compliance. He has a proven track record in designing, project managing and delivering proprietary web applications to enhance governance and workflow, as well as in analyzing usage and market data inventory to achieve substantial savings and risk mitigation across platforms.

Raza has over 15 years’ experience in the IT industry. He is currently a managing partner at Expand Research, prior was the CEO of CIO Connect, a leading membership organization for CIOs and other top IT decision makers, and the Managing Director of the IMPACT Program, which is the UK’s leading provider of personal and professional development for CIOs and their core teams. Prior to these roles, Raza was a consultant to the investment banking sector, where he developed a successful track record delivering back-office projects and programs both in the UK and continental Europe.
